We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Permanent Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This role is perfect for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about the law, and has a proven track record in handling personal injury and automobile accident cases. The successful candidate will also have experience in corporate law and litigation. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse client base and contribute to our company's ongoing success and growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Represent clients in court or before government agencies, present evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in criminal or civil litigation.
2. Select jurors, argue motions, meet with judges, and question witnesses during the course of a trial.
3. Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
4. Present and summarize cases to judges and juries.
5. Analyze the probable outcomes of cases, using knowledge of legal precedents.
6. Examine legal data to determine advisability of defending or prosecuting lawsuit.
7. Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.
8. Advise clients concerning business transactions, claim liability, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations.
9. Gather evidence to formulate defense or to initiate legal actions, by such means as interviewing clients and witnesses to ascertain the facts of a case.
10. Specialize in personal injury and automobile accident cases, with a strong background in corporate law and litigation.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to the state bar and in good standing.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing attorney, specifically with personal injury, automobile accidents, litigation, and corporate law.
4. Exceptional ability in legal research and writing.
5. Proven experience in managing multiple clients and cases.
6. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels within the organization.
7. Strong negotiating skills with both legal and financial/commercial issues.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and gravitas.
10. Excellent judgment and analytical skills.
11. First-class interpersonal and communication skills.
12. Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
