Location(s): Defiance OH, Toledo OH, Manchester NH and Ontario CA

Position reports to: Director of Operations

Benefit Level: Manager

FLSA Type: Exempt

The Customer Service Manager will supervise the Customer Service team and ensure that clients and customers needs are satisfied at all times.

* Oversee the customer service team

* Set reasonable goals and work with the team to meet them on a consistent basis

* Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns.

* Coach staff members to provide the highest standards of customer service for clients expectations

* Handle client and customer inquires and resolve customer problems

* Other duties as assigned

* Excellent communication skills including active listening.

* Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.

* Ability to lead a team

* Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.

* Knowledge of, or ability to learn, product, service, or area of customer service specialization.

* Some experience with the product or service to which the specialist will be assigned preferred.

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Prior supervision is a plus.

* Customer service experience required.

* Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

* Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
