Title: Business Analyst - Multiple Experience Levels

Location: Remote

About This Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, analyze processes and data, and bridge communication between business and technical teams. Your responsibilities will include prioritizing and managing requirements, conducting data analysis, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation of projects by facilitating effective communication, overseeing user acceptance testing, and providing training and support.

On a Day-to-day Basis, You Will

Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business objectives and requirements.Convert business needs into technical specifications, including workflow and data model documentation.Align and prioritize requirements with business goals, managing changes, and effectively communicating updates.Employ identified tools, technologies, and processes to ensure efficient task completion and high-quality deliverables.Analyze data to create reports, dashboards, and visualizations, driving informed decision-making, and integrating process improvements for greater efficiency.Work with cross-functional teams to achieve shared understanding and project success while identifying and addressing process enhancements and risks.Develop test plans, conduct user acceptance testing, and validate solution efficacy.Organize and conduct knowledge sharing and training for internal and external stakeholders.Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and technical teams for seamless collaboration.

Required Education/Qualifications

Security Clearance: Top-Secret security clearance, fully adjudicated.Education: Associate degree or higher in business administration, technical writing, process optimization, information technology, or related fields.Tools and Technologies: Familiar with one or more of the technologies: Java/J2EE, SQL, Windows and Linux/UNIX, Selenium WebDriver, Java, Putty, JUnit, Zephyr; SQL Developer, Eclipse, Git, Jira, and other similar tools.Experience Levels: Roles classified based on experience levels and proficiency in tools and technology. 0-3 years for Junior roles, 3-6 years for Mid-level, 6+ years for Senior, and 12+ years for Architect roles.Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal aptitude.Personal Attributes: Self-driven, customer-focused, Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.Team Collaboration: Strong communication skills are essential, enabling effective teamwork and project leadership.Certifications: Security+ CE CertifiedProcess & Methodology: Experience in Agile and DevSecOps methodologies, and project management.Articulation and Execution: Mid-level to Senior roles, ability to clearly articulate ideas is key, fostering successful project execution and enhancing team synergy.

Preferred Qualifications

Subject Matter Expertise: Familiarity with Personnel Security is a plus.Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certificationsProficiency in advanced data analysis tools and techniques, including experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
