This position will engage with Segment and Regional Finance leaders to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions targeted to automate, standardize and streamline processes across regions and segments.What You ll DoSupport the finance-wide initiative to optimize our new ERP, primarily with regard to revenue and receivables, including the creation and maintenance of reserve management reporting.Develop and maintain automated accelerators.Perform data mining to create global monthly financial reporting in revenue.Provide continuous training to key finance and accounting stakeholders.Develop and maintain appropriate standards of internal control to ensure the accuracy and quality of revenues support SOX compliance efforts.Identify and implement operational processes and internal control improvements as part of continuous improvement initiatives.Assist with integration of FTI legal entities on to the new ERP platform.Assist with business acquisition integrations, as needed.Assist with the intercompany reconciliation process to ensure proper elimination and researching and resolving data discrepancies.How You ll GrowWe are committed to investing and supporting you in your professional development and we have developed a range of programs focused on fostering leadership, growth and development opportunities. You ll be assigned a dedicated coach to mentor, guide and support you through regular coaching sessions and serve as an advocate for your professional growth.As you progress through your career at FTI Consulting, we offer tailored programs for critical professional milestones to ensure you are prepared and empowered to take on your next role.What You Will Need To SucceedBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field3+ years of relevant post-graduate professional experience with finance transformation, accounting operation optimization, finance process improvement or relevant experienceAbility to travel to clients and FTI office(s) as neededPreferred Qualifications :Big Four experience in advisory / consulting servicesDemonstrates ability to build project plans and direct teams across the organizationExceptional relationship building skills and ability to influence decision making at all levels in the IT, finance and accounting organizationStrong problem solver, capable of identifying root cause and identifying mitigation plans with practical solution approachesExperience at developing senior management presentationsStrong management experience with proven track record of managing resources, developing departmental capability, and restructuring work streams to increase or improve productivity and career advancementTeam-oriented and an ability to direct and influence resources without direct reporting relationshipsExperience with SQL, PowerQuery, or SalesForceExpert in the preparation and automation of management reports and financial variance analysisLI-AF3
