Key Job Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional first-level technical support to NVR team members
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Identify, prioritize, and escalate support tickets
- Monitor network
- Assist IT Services team with hardware and software deployment
- Support IT initiatives to improve end user experience
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of IT experience
- Experience with a Help Desk technical support team
- Hardware experience with Dell and Lenovo
- Experience installing and supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems, Office 2016 programs
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Preferred:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
- Microsoft Certification
