**Description**

UDR, Inc. and its affiliated companies are seeking a **Matterport 3D Photographer** support our DC/MD portfolio of apartment communities.

As a **Matterport 3D Photographer**, you are responsible for scheduling, staging, capturing, cataloging and uploading 3D interactive walk through images of apartments within specified area/region. Position will work autonomously and have significant impact on the way UDR homes are marketed to our customers. 3D images will be used for a variety of items including marketing, advertising and various operational purposes. Daily travel.

**Essential Functions:**

* Design and capture 3D virtual walk through images with a Matterport camera for identified UDR apartments within the region.

* Manage catalogue virtual walk through within the Matterport iPad app then upload to the cloud via a Wi-Fi connection.

* Manage daily queue of apartments to capture throughout the region.

* Develop and manage strategic travel schedule along with community logistics to effectively and most efficiently capture images for available apartment homes.

* Successfully manage relationships with community staff with the utmost professionalism and courtesy.

* Assess, determine and stage the apartment home to meet and/or exceed UDRs standards to appeal to prospective future residents, reflected in the virtual tour capture.

* Prioritize schedule and workload to ensure deliverables are met or exceeded.

* Provide weekly updates on current work requests including stages of processing.

* Perform other duties as assigned or as necessary.

**Experience, Knowledge and Skills:**

* Minimum 3 years experience in creative 3D online digital marketing and photography required.

* Minimum two years experience in supporting or project managing marketing team projects.

* Knowledge of or experience with Matterport camera, app and Onesite is a plus.

* Proficient with Microsoft Excel is a strong preference.

* Strong attention to detail with the ability and comfort doing repetitive tasks.

* An eye for creativity in terms of photography and lighting.

* Must have and maintain a valid drivers license and reliable personal vehicle to travel within area/region

**Education:**

* Associates or bachelors degree preferred.
