Description
HireMilitary is recruiting is seeking a self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the President and CEO.
This role is required to greet and welcome guests, ensure that the office is operating smoothly, manage complicated scheduling and meeting logistics for the President and CEO, and assist in event planning. To be successful, the candidate should possess strong time management and organizational skills and provide exceptional customer service.
This position will report to the President and CEO and will be a very trusted assistant who will proactively support tasks and duties.

Responsibilities
Represent the company and the President and CEO with excellent follow-through skills and sound judgment
Greet visitors, answering incoming calls, and booking space for visitors
Schedule appointments and manage the complex calendars of the President and CEO
Arrange travel and accommodation plans for the President and CEO
Optimize the President and CEO's time by conducting proactive reading, research, and analysis as required
Assist with ARC event planning and meeting logistics
Receive, sort, and manage incoming mail and deliveries, as well as handle outgoing mail
Order office and kitchen supplies
Provide administrative support for the team as needed
Manage office subscriptions and online resources
Ensure certain office policies and procedures are implemented appropriately
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Excellent organizational and computer literacy skills
Professional appearance
Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships at all levels of the organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience in related fields.
3+ years of administrative support or executive assistance in a professional office environment / senior military environment
Senior Military Officer executive assistance experience preferred
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products
U.S. Citizenship and a Background Check is required for this position
Benefits & Compensation
Annual salary starts at $130,000
