**Job Responsibilities:**

* Distributes, coordinates, and leads work distribution.

* Collaborates with manager in directing projects and work plans, including cost and timeliness of service, and offers alternatives to consider for style, cost efficiency, etc.

* Inspects work/assignment areas to ensure cleaning standards are met; ensures that equipment, tools, and supplies are stored properly.

* Ensures that adequate supplies are maintained.

* Assists manager with Code Compliance Procedures, Safety Audits and other inspections as needed.

* Trains and educates housekeeping associates.

**Requirements:**

* High School Diploma or GED.

* 5+ year(s) experience in Environmental Services, preferably in the health care industry.
