**Position Summary: Assemble MasterKey products. Use magnification to put small pieces into circuit boards and product. Check quality on each piece for function and workmanship. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all company standards, policies and procedures.**

**Essential Functions:**

* Produce MasterKey Locks as directed by work orders and MasterKey system specifications.

* Meet quality standards, on time delivery and continually improve productivity to exceed customer expectations.

* Participate in team meetings to improve teams performance, solve problems, improve safety and 5S

* Must be able to meet or exceed performance measures based upon standards set.

* Perform any additional duties required to assure smooth operation of product centers and support areas

* Overtime will be required.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

* Basic math and computer skills

* High school graduate or equivalent

* Must be able to work in a team environment with good communication skills

* Must be able to comply with attendance policy

**Physical Requirements:**

- Normal, corrective vision range; ability to see pieces/parts on a circuit board and other small internal workings of the product. Must be able to see color and to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols.

- Interpret and understand drawings and blueprints as instructions to perform operations.

- Focus and use magnification equipment to assemble product.

- Ability to use or learn to use soldering equipment.

- Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, bend and reach.

- Ability to stabilize parts and move proper parts into place on the product.

- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
