**Qualified Candidates Will Have:**

* A minimum of five (5) years of experience in truck maintenance industry.

* Broad knowledge of new and used truck repair.

* Understanding of how to cost-out jobs.

* Strong organizational, leadership and communication skills.

* Must be proficient in the use of computer and web-based technology.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

* Oversees the general flow of operations in the Service Department.

* Oversees the Warranty Administrator, and Shop Foreman.

* Makes purchases for the Service Department and calls on customers.

* Provides quotes on service contracts and reviews repair orders daily.

* Ensures good customer relations.

* Oversees training in the shop and assists with technical problems.

* Serves as a liaison with factory representatives.
