Responsibilities:

The Sponsor conducts technical analysis and provides guidance on projects from all disciplines to include assessments and consultations with various stakeholders and government entities. The Sponsor maintains technical project knowledge of all geographic areas and provides evaluations with regional project leads upon request. The Sponsor leverages technical knowledge combined with subject matter expertise to conduct these activities in support of its corporate office and stakeholders.

Responsibilities, include but are not limited to the following:

  • Work closely with governance, technology, and other technical and specialized teams while being able to integrate, organize, and communicate large volumes of data.
  • Assess and validate the Internet systems requirements and solutions, and its characteristics across the Sponsor's organization.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions, develop evaluation CONOPS, coordinate customer and stakeholder meetings.
  • Assess and validate risk management controls, questionnaire, and lexicon across the Sponsor's organization.
  • Finesse large amounts of data into manageable interfaces.
  • Communicate effectively across the Sponsor's organization.
  • Provide operations and maintenance (O&M) and content management support for Sponsor's risk management framework.
  • Develop data models, diagrams, flow charts, and other system engineering related documentation to solve problems, identify improvements, create standards, and facilitate cross-organizational collaboration.
  • Leverage multiple data management tools such as link analysis to organize relevant information and to make decisions.
  • Apply an agile approach to software development consistent with the Sponsor's project management and software development frameworks with a focus of demonstrating and delivering releasable software.

All personnel coming into the organization undergo an additional security review that can take anywhere from 7 business days to 30+ days.



Qualifications:
  • Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
  • Minimum of 16 years of experience and a bachelors in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience assessing Internet risks, impacts, and developing contingencies to mitigate them.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing structure and unstructured data and streamlining business processes, making customized algorithms and data modeling.
  • Demonstrated experience working with risk frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience with graph database technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience with building tolls for management of technical signatures.
  • Demonstrated experience with Cloud infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated experience performing strategic systems planning.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing logical workflows for complex decision matrices.
  • Demonstrated experience completing various forms of communications for executive, technical and mission audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience in making logical, fact-based informed decisions about Internet technology solutions and their usage.
  • Demonstrated experience with time management and working on multiple initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience evaluating and developing strategies to solve complex system engineering challenges in cross-organizational environments.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not required to perform the work include:

  • Demonstrated experience with Agile frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience with data visualization and link analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience with the Sponsor's regulations governing, or related to, the management of sub-compartmented programs.
  • Demonstrated experience processing and integrating large amounts of information in an organized and comprehensive manner.
  • Demonstrated experience identifying and validating requirements from user stories and engagements.
  • Demonstrated experience programming in one or more languages. Java and Python experience preferred.
