****Position Summary****

The consumer / shopper journey from awareness to conversion is experiencing an unprecedented change. From emerging eCommerce shopping platforms (grocery pick-up and delivery) to significant advancements in retailer CRM and digital media the CPG retail marketing landscape has changed forever. Winning in this environment requires skills in; Consumer Marketing, Professional Selling, Technology, Media and understanding Omni Channel commerce. As the OMNI Retail Marketing Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of Retail Marketing Activation experts across the country to design and activate both always on and promotional activities in store and online. This role will effectively collaborate with Division, Centers of Excellence (COE), Shopper Insights, Finance and Sales to lead overall Retail Marketing efforts for the customer teams. You'll work in close partnership with Account Sales Teams, the Division Omni Marketing Managers and Customer Category Sales Development (CCSD) to develop OMNI Marketing plans to compliment overall Customer commercial objectives and strategies set out by the Account team.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Cross functional leadership across a team that is geographically distributed

* Provide stakeholders with measurement analytics and the necessary data to enable effective measurement of all activities

* Ensure team has necessary expertise and digital capabilities in all retail marketing strategy, consumer and shopper insight and eCommerce conversion strategies

* Ensure team has strong financial and project management skills to ensure all programs and Agency work delivers flawless activation

* Serve as Sales Performance Coach and strong change leader to drive adoption of the NSO (Nestle Sales Organization)/OMNI strategic direction.

* Lead the Omni Retail Marketing team in the development of channel and customer-specific shopper plans to drive category growth

* Drive Customer Strategy: Forecast accuracy, sales performance targets, meeting sales goals, segmentation / resource allocation, improving customer service

* Achieve targets within the assigned Commercial Spend budgets

* Develop objectives and strategies for Commercial Spend program (MPR's)

* Develop and manage investment allocation for appropriate categories / segments including fund rates and total resources and validates alignment with MBS

* Support development of Core and Develop customers

* Gathers input from Core and Develop customers on effectiveness of CAP's, Roadmaps and strategic direction

* Ensures activation of Category Roadmaps at Core and Develop customers

REQUIREMENTS

* Bachelors degree required

* 8 years of experience in Sales or Marketing

* 4 years of experience managing people

* Successful experience leading in a matrix organization

* Ability to travel up to 25%

* Knowledge of interrelationship of key corporate functions and their key initiatives (Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Technical & IS/IT)

* Demonstrated knowledge of business driving technology solutions (i.e. Nielsen, BW, Source) and internal/external industry insights and trends

* Knowledge of core Business Processes and Fundamentals (Sales/Distribution, Customer Planning and Managing, Financial Reporting, Training, HR Policies, Integrated Commercial Planning, Nestl Management and Leadership Principles)
