The Area Sales Manager provides supervision, direction, and support to the Regional Sales Managers, Sr. AEs, etc. within the Area to drive sales.

**What youwill do here...**

+ Develop and sustain current and future strategic sales direction

+ Build an exceptional outside sales team

+ Supply regional team with support in various types of external and internal interactions

+ Maintains strategic relationships throughout industry

+ Analyzes and reports on pulse of the industry

+ Make decisions on project pricing within assigned approval levels

+ Prepare sales reports for weekly review

+ Provide and encourage feedback from regional team and customers

+ Maintain fluid relations between Regional Sales Managers and all other sales and business development functions

+ Consistently update all departments of sales and pending goals

+ Ensure firm adherence to policies across the Area

+ Perform other related duties when assigned**What you will need...**

+ Bachelors Degree in Business or related field

+ 5+ years in sales

+ 3+ years in managing remote staff**Valued but not required skills or experience**

+ MBA or Masters degree in related field
