**Your position**

As part of the ambitious growth strategy for our business, we are looking for a motivated, solution-oriented and result-driven sales professional with the ability to meet our customers expectations and needs.

**Your tasks & responsibilities**

You will be a key player in developing our experienced and highly skilled project sales team. To support your sales activities, you will work closely together with sales colleagues, legal department, project managers, engineers and the fabrication team to combine our extensive experience within EPCI projects to the benefits of our clients

Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

* Improving our market position as a part of our strategic growth ambitions

* Strategy Sales Management

* Plan, prepare and execute sales plans

* Review tender material and prepare offers on tenders

* Develop and lead sales strategy processes

**Your profile & qualifications**

We imagine that you are driven by seeing the results and meeting the goals that are set for your work. You are an avid team-player who is excellent at establishing relationships with costumers as well as internal stakeholders. Furthermore, you should be passionate about transforming your thoughts and ideas into action.

To succeed in this position, we expect that you:

* Have a sales background with experience from the industry

* Possess solid management skills

* Have excellent communication skills in English and preferably Danish

* You have experience with strategic sales and a proven track record of capturing market trends and costumer needs
