Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Washes all wares including pots, plans, flatware, and glasses, by hand or using dishwashers

* Places and stores clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas

* Stocks serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and other assigned areas with necessary dishes and utensils

* Cleans trash receptacles with water or steam

* Moves dishwashing supplies and equipment from storage to work area

* A ssist s in cleaning and preparing various foods for cooking and/or serving as needed

* Ensures work areas remain safe, clean, and orderly, adhering to all company, local, and state guidelines regarding health, safety, and sanitation

* Cleans hood vents, fryer, and grease trap

* Cleans dish tank, stainless steel, and drains and ensures correct wash and rinse temperatures

* Ensures hand soap and hand towel stations are replenished

* Performs a dditional responsibilities as assigned by l eadership

* Ability to handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism

* Conduct work-related functions in a professional manner
