**Job Description** The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of electronics, manufacturing, and troubleshooting methodologies, and have the ability to make efficient decisions. The Electronic Assembler - w/ Soldering Experience will possess a detailed understanding of the environment to enable them to engage across, and work within the core performance teams at Alertus Technologies.

We are seeking an individual to work onsite in our Baltimore office as a member of the Client Services team to facilitate the Alertus production process from order acceptance through system deployment. This role is responsible for driving and managing the production stage of the client services process ensuring notification solutions designed to meet customer-unique requirements during the sales cycle are effectively produced. Candidates must demonstrate skill competency in a production environment and utilizing technologies, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, work effectively in a fluid, high-communication, delivery-focused environment, and possess a background of demonstrated technical responsibilities. + Prepare and hand-solder all levels of electronic components as part of our electronics manufacturing Production team

+ Read and interpret engineering blueprints for a wide variety of devices and components

+ Assemble and produce all Alertus hardware

+ Rework, repair, and modify printed circuit boards and/or assemblies to required specifications

+ Repair and solder broken equipment

+ Use general power tools to produce Alertus Equipment

+ Other tasks as assigned by supervisor

+ Trade School or Associates in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Equivalent Science Field preferred

+ 3 years of experience in manufacturing small electronics

+ 2 years experience soldering electronic components

+ Ability to drive projects to completion in challenging circumstances

+ Experience using Microsoft Office applications

+ Strong interpersonal skills; including written and oral communication skills

+ Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to multitask

+ Self-motivated and able to work under general direction

+ Ability to work the required hours to meet deadlines and ensure quality

+ Ability to troubleshoot and repair damaged circuit boards using a multimeter

+ Ability to use power tools

+ Ability to lift at least 40lbs

+ General wiring skills
