Stand Togetheris seeking a Technical Product Manager. This person will come alongside business and product leaders to deliver world-class Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and/or Investment and Revenue Management (IRM) products. This role involves collaborating with the business stakeholders and technical teams to drive the product vision and roadmap, define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.

The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about CRM and/or Investment and Revenue Management processes, will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions. This role should identify and monitor the success KPIs set out to track progress. This person will also make sure that the overall strategy and goals set by the leadership are clear to the product team, and that the teams are working to support those goals. Having an analytical and entrepreneurial mindset is a must. Your Responsibilities Include
    • Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals. You'll be the bridge between business aspirations and technological execution.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their objectives and strategies, gather and prioritize product requirements, considering customer feedback, market and technology trends, and business priorities.
    • Lead product teams through effective communication, collaboration, and leadership to achieve project goals.
    • Work closely with architects, engineering, and QA to ensure timely and quality delivery of product features and enhancements.
    • Manage the product development lifecycle, resource allocation, technical debt, deployments, and releases, and respond to issues and incidents as needed.
    • Support the creation and execution of test plans and UAT to ensure the effective testing of technology changes before deployment.
    • Lead the execution planning processes and quarterly roadmaps to roll out new features and identify opportunities for innovation.
    • Serve as the SME for the product, providing comprehensive guidance and support to internal teams, customers, and partners. This includes facilitating successful adoption and comprehensive training programs to ensure users can leverage the full capabilities of the product effectively.


Skills You Bring to the Organization
    • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong technical background in Salesforce development and architecture or similar CRM or Investment Management platforms. Your track record should demonstrate successful product launches and management.
    • Hands-on experience with platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot, and a deep understanding of data management tools and cloud technologies. Your technical skills enable you to understand and solve complex problems.
    • Strong work ethic and accountability to make sure initiatives go well, being equally comfortable taking personal ownership for a task or delegating it to another team member.
    • You thrive in collaborative environments and are adept at making quick decisions with limited information.
    • Comfortable applying a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to define success.
    • Strategic thinker that can connect customer use cases to technology solutions and think holistically about end-to-end experience.
    • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence cross-functional teams.
    • Extensive knowledge and experience working in sprints and following Agile methodology.


Stand Out Candidates Will Bring
    • Experience implementing and/or supporting enterprise and large-scale systems, specifically in Grant Management, Customer Management, Finance, and Fundraising areas.
    • Exceptional ability to create partnerships with technical leaders and business leaders.
    • Ability to manage a portfolio of bigger and smaller bets while balancing immediate business value, short-term goals, and long-term vision.
    • A healthy blend of deep technical knowledge, customer-centric thinking, and product-centric thinking.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills; represents the products in leadership meetings.
    • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, SalesLoft, data lakes, AWS.
    • Experience with project management tools, specifically the Atlassian suite of products.
