**Customer Experience Research Project Manager**

**Job Description**

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**

* Support the digital customer experience by working collaboratively with other development roles to identify, refine and validate the features and content of our digital platforms (websites, apps)

* Uncover any and all unmet and unstated functional and content needs of users and establish and maintain a constant and evolving customer feedback loop

* Analyze data gathered through various research methods and analytics, and validate whether or not digital transformation efforts are meeting the needs of our users

* Synthesize and leverage existing research with external information (e.g., market and consumer trends, secondary research, etc.) to generate insights that impact the digital experience

* Identify the proper qualitative/quantitative research methods needed to best meet the objectives and needs that we are trying to understand, and successfully complete the work on time and within budget

* Define UX research methods that most effectively inform the refinement of the customers digital experience and guide future strategic transformation efforts

* Manage relationships and communications with third-party research vendors as needed.

* Apply Agile Project Management principles to prioritize work and ensure timely delivery.

* Deliver findings, insights and recommendations using data visualization approaches that are engaging and easily interpretable.

**Qualifications**

**QUALIFICATIONS:**

* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Psychology or a related field is required; a Master's Degree is preferred

* Market research professional with minimum of 5 years of project management experience

* Competent at conducting, analyzing, and communicating user/human-centric research findings within a design thinking framework.

* Understand the right methodologies for uncovering user needs and development opportunities

* Experience executing a variety of quantitative and qualitative research methods including experience with usability, A/B and first click testing

* Can translate marketing data/information into actionable insights

* Have worked in an agile or iterative work setting to provide support and manage projects from start to completion

* Ability to work cross-functionally with strong collaboration skills as well as confidently and comfortably interact with various internal teams

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and agile research tools/platforms that enable qualitative and quantitative studies
