**Job Description**

This position works closely with and reports directly to the Program Manager in support of the Combat System Services (CSS) contract for the Surface Combat Systems Center (SCSC) in Wallops Island VA. Monitors, saves and delivers contract technical reports. Use Microsoft Office products to generate reports and contract documents as required.

Specific duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Managing contract deliverables on the Task Order

* Assisting Program Manager in producing, reviewing and delivering required all reports, memos and documents

* Conducting new BAE Systems employee check-in processing to include supporting the Navy's Common Access Card (CAC) re-validations

* Performing employee Timecard audits

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**

Minimum education and years of relevant/related work experience: HS Diploma and at least 4 years' experience performing as a generalist, a combination of administrative tasks in a functional area. May prepare budgeting, project scheduling, and statistical reports as required. Demonstrated knowledge of the basics with Microsoft Office products (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel and Word) and be willing/able to work in a very fast paced environment.

Security clearance requirement: This position requires the successful candidate to be able to obtain a Secret level clearance. The criteria for obtaining and holding a clearance are driven by US government requirements. You must be a US citizen to obtain a security clearance. Selected candidate will receive a contingent offer and start date will be delayed until an interim Secret clearance is granted.

**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**

Highly desired, but not required:

Active DoD Secret security clearance

Associate's Degree in a business related discipline
