MG Moving Services is a growing company committed to progress and advancement. We are currently in search of a Sales Representative to join our team in Sterling, VA. This role includes an extensive 3-month paid training program to equip you for success in either inside or outside sales. We are looking for motivated individuals with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. First-year Sales Representatives without experience can anticipate earning between $40,000 to $70,000 in their initial year. More than 90% of our Sales Representatives experience a 20% to 40% increase in their annual salary in their second year. Responsibilities
Gain practical knowledge of our products and services during the initial one-month training period
Engage with customers to inform and guide them through our procedures, instilling confidence in them
Recommend the most suitable services and products considering pricing, availability, and customer requirements
Collaborate with the Project Coordination team to ensure a seamless experience for the customer
Cultivate a personal client base to drive referrals
Establish clear customer expectations and optimize the promotion of additional services
Operate independently or cooperatively with the team as necessary
Qualifications
Must be highly motivated and possess exceptional time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on grammar and clarity
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Familiarity with effective sales strategies and techniques
Comfortable with engaging customers and seeking their business and recommendations
Ability to collaborate with diverse personalities and work well in a team environment
Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting
Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards consistently

Fluency in bilingual language is a plus but not mandatory
Previous sales experience, either inside or outside, is preferred but not necessary
