We're seeking a talented Director of Finance to join our team and play a pivotal role in overseeing corporate accounting, financial reporting, tax reporting, and private equity and real estate investments. With a competitive compensation of $250,000 per year, this role offers an amazing opportunity for the right candidate to grow within our organization. Initially, you'll oversee a dedicated team responsible for corporate accounting, financial reporting, and treasury functions. As time progresses, you'll take on increasing leadership responsibilities, eventually preparing you to step into the CFO role.

What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required.
- 10+ years of relevant accounting experience within the real estate industry.
- CPA designation preferred.
- Experience with open-end fund reporting and tax compliance for private REITs, real estate partnerships, and S corps.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Team player with a high degree of professionalism.
