PROGRAM ANALYST- SENIOR (LC/WB-2023-19016)

Bowhead is seeking to network, for an upcoming proposal effort, with Program Analysta- Senior to support Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division. The contract will support business services in support of Code 80 and other organizations associated with or sponsoring the NSWCCD. The business services include Program Management and Planning, Finance, Logistics, Security, Space Planning, Safety, Administrative Services, Technical Editing, Records Management, and Computer Engineering and IT support.

The Program Analyst- Senior provides complex program or financial management support/analyses.

Essential functions of this Analyst include, but are not limited to:

• Collect, maintain and verify of data in accordance with plans developed by others, including data from diverse sources
• Perform needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analyses in an effort to align program/financial needs with business initiatives.

• Requires a Bachelor's degree (Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS)) from an Accreditation Board of Engineering and Technology (ABET) accredited college or university OR advanced technical training and a minimum of six years of experience in addition to Target Experience stated below may be substituted for the BA or BS degree.
• Requires a minimum of eight years of experience in the collection, maintenance and verification of data from diverse sources and in the structuring of fairly complex data analysis plans supporting Navy program offices

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift to 25 pounds
• Must be able to sit, stand and or bend for prolonged amounts of time

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Mustbe able to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
