We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Associate I to join our new factory in Columbus. The Production Associate I will primarily be responsible for operating production equipment, ensuring the quality of output, and adhering to standard operating procedures. This role typically reports to a production supervisor.

The Production Associate I will primarily be responsible for operating production equipment, ensuring the quality of output, and adhering to standard operating procedures. This role typically reports to a production supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate production equipment to produce various commercial products following specifications, blueprints, and diagrams.
- Monitor production output to ensure quality and conformance to required metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, reporting any inconsistencies or equipment issues in a timely manner.
- Adhere to established safety protocols, including material handling guidelines and the use of protective gear.
- Provide timely feedback on any production abnormalities or deviations from SOPs.
- Assist new employees and team leaders in achieving their tasks and work targets. Accept temporary job reassignments as needed.
- Execute work in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assist the team leader in meeting various production goals.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
