The Senior Project Manager will support the planning, directing, and coordinating of a cross-functional microelectronics engineering team's activities in order to manage and implement projects.

Required Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI w/ full scope polygraph
  • 8+ Years of experience leading/managing projects & teams.
  • Ability to interface with Government representatives regarding the various aspects of project planning and progress including, but not limited to, risk assessments and scope/change management issues.
  • Experience leading teams in determining project requirements and translating requirements into operational plans.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering functions to ensure customer/departmental standards are in place and maintained with routine reviews/audits.
  • Ability to develop and deliver written and verbal communications to technical peers and project management teams.
  • Experience developing project schedules and executing accordingly.
  • Provide activity and status reports on project progress and maintain project files.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Ability to work with technical process/equipment owners to assist in developing, tracking, and updating standard processes for qualification, calibration, and production.
  • Experience with industry quality assurance systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100) and common best practices.
  • Familiarity/experience with IPC-610 and/or IPC-620
  • Experience with electronics assembly processes (e.g., wirebonding, wafer processing, SMT, pick & place, reflow, molding, etc.)
**This position is contingent upon the successful completion of security processing and favorable acceptance onto the program by the Customer.**

Clearance Requirement: This position requires ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance, based on current background investigation (SBI), as well as the favorable completion of full scope polygraph. Clearance and polygraph processing will be completed by the U.S. Government. Factors considered for a U.S. Government Security Clearance include, but are not limited to:
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Favorable Criminal History Check
  • Education Verification
  • Abuse/Illegal Drug Use
  • Credit Check
  • Subject Interview
