Job description

The Talent Acquisition department hires qualified candidates to fill positions which contribute to the overall strategic success of Howard University. Hiring staff "for fit" makes significant contributions to Howard University's overall mission.

The incumbent will schedule patients based onschedule advisor diagnosis-based protocols. The incumbent will also serve as a patient liaison for Federally Qualified Health Centers and Clinical Integrated Network partners. The incumbent will serve as a translator. The incumbent will also be cross-trained in basic front desk operations: including registering patients, completing demographic screening, securing authorizations, completing administrative pre-visit planning and completing telehealth intake.
