Stand Together is seeking a Project Coordinator to work alongside a dynamic communications and marketing team to help drive and implement engaging and effective marketing plans in support of us and our partner grassroots organization, Americans for Prosperity. The initiatives span multiple uses and platforms, including editorial, media, print, digital, web, and video.

As a Project Coordinator, you'll be responsible for executing a variety of concurrent projects across multiple client accounts, maintaining project plans and timelines within Adobe Workfront, and driving the completion of deliverables. The ideal candidate brings experience in the marketing and communications landscape to support day-to-day and long-term client needs.

Your Responsibilities Include
    • Process intake requests, ensure all requirements are provided, and work with team leads to delegate tasks after considering schedules and assignments
    • Collaborate across internal and external teams and audiences to assist in project plan development, process documentation, and establish workflows
    • Maintain and update project plans daily within project management software and communicate the status of multiple, concurrent project initiatives
    • Own and drive components of the plan to completion, driving against timelines, ensuring approvals, and holding team members accountable to deadlines
    • Coordinate meeting agendas, take meeting notes, and provide meeting recaps with action items
    • Consistently deliver high-quality products that meet client objectives and drive results that are consistent with customer standards, brand guidelines, and vision
    • Manage partner and vendor relationships, as well as program budgets
    • Manage time wisely and prioritize workload in a creative environment where interruptions are common and adaptability is required
    • Continuously learn and apply project management best practices and tools and stay knowledgeable about markets in and platforms on which clients operate


Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization
    • 2+ years of project management experience in a field that requires attention to detail, project management, and customer service
    • Excellent organizational skills with sharp attention to detail
    • Professional manner and strong interpersonal communications skills, written and verbal
    • Collaborative work style with ability to giveand receivefeedback respectfully to develop the most compelling products
    • Ability to think ahead, problem solve, engage proactively, and take initiative
    • Strong process-minded planner who can determine deadlines, logistics, and operational plans for multi-dimensional programs and events
    • Balance the needs of the client and the needs of the firm with poise and understanding
