Job Responsibilities:
- Generate system and system-of-system concept of operations, concept of employment, and requirements documentation.
- Coordinate with Combatant Commands, Service Intelligence Centers, the Intelligence Community, and future force planners to review and receive feedback on scenarios, vignettes, CONOPs/CONEMPs, and metrics the team develops.
- Develop documents and briefings to communicate these products to senior leaders and the rest of the team.
- Work with architecture and modeling & simulation teams to help correctly capture the operational tasks from the vignettes in the various analysis tools.
- Your work will encompass advanced systems, such as command, control, and communication elements and data processing systems.
- Providing review and analysis support to the team.
- Participate in project technical risk analysis and mitigation.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use tools or controls; normal physical activity (reach with hands and arms; climb stairs); and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and leadership. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 25 pounds.
Education and General Experience:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis, production, and management.
- Development of Concept of Operations, Concept of Employment, and Intelligence Threat Briefs.
- In-depth understanding of the Department of Defense (DoD) and the United States Intelligence Community (USIC).
- Must have good analytic skills and the ability to apply them in a multi-tasking environment where more than one project may require his/her participation at any given time.
- This position will require a strong ability and willingness to work in a team environment.
- Candidates must possess and demonstrate proven communication skills - written and verbal.
- Must be a motivated self-starter who is able to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment, often with minimal guidance and within rigid timelines.
- Must have outstanding communication skills in conveying complex technical issues and in providing comprehensive written, oral and/or digital products.
- Must also have outstanding technical writing and presentation development skills.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a Combatant Command or Joint Staff.
- Previous experience in a J2 or J3.
Clearance Requirements:
- Active TOP SECRET clearance with Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI).
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
