Our client, a local organization representing health professionals, is seeking a temporary Membership Renewal Specialist to support their office in Washington, DC!
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and process recertification applications, ensuring compliance across all specialties, and notify potential recertification-eligible pharmacists of requirements.
- Provide customer service to pharmacists seeking recertification, supported various recertification tasks such as CPE reconciliation, and distributed certificates and badges for successful candidates.
- Respond in a timely manner to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and available recertification resources.
- Analyze trends to enhance communication strategies and support pharmacists through the recertification process.
- Maintain accurate recertification records, contribute to strategic initiatives to improve recertification rates, and ensure adherence to policies and accreditation standards while providing general administrative support.
- 3+ years of recertification and administrative experience.
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite is required.
- Excellent oral/written communication and organizational skills.
- Pays $26/hr-$30/hr
- Temporary assignment
- Hybrid onsite schedule, 2 days in office
- Office in Washington, DC
