* Establish and manage sales pipeline that leverage the B2B market to drive revenue growth
* Identify and pursue new B2B customers and key state holders in corporations
* Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
* Develop and execute plan for lead generation events and tradeshows to include major tradeshows, regional events, and webinars
* Presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, trade shows, and conferences
* Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
* Maintain an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
* Actively seek out new ways to develop and improve
* Meeting all KPIs for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals
* Track, report, and analysis results to optimize lead generation strategy based on reporting
* Collaborating with management and marketing team on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
* Manages their own daily priorities and responsibilities to meet deadlines, company priorities and perform duties independently throughout the day
* Ability to travel

Work History Requirements:
+ Proven 3 years of experience in relevant role Education Requirements:
+ High school degree * Familiarity in MS Office Suite
* Experience using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
