Responsibilities for this key position include:

* To capture the vision outlined by the sales consultant and homeowner in the proposal and bring it to life

* To ensure a positive and exciting design experience for the homeowner

* Provide each homeowner with a MOSS 360 experience

* Build a relationship and trust with the homeowner

* Take the homeowner from the beginning of the project to completion

* To be the design resource on the team that facilitates a timely sales, design, and construction timeline

Qualifications for this key position include:

* A demonstrated passion for remodeling design projects

* A track record of high performance and achievement

* Three to five years of industry experience in home remodeling and design is required

* Interior Design or Architecture degree preferred

* Experience with CAD software required. 20/20 and/or Chief Architecture highly preferred

* Ability to interrelate with clientele on design projects through project management with follow-up being a key factor to success

* Strong detail orientation, self-disciplined, creative and confident, problem solving and job coordination skills
