The Virginia Industries for the Blind is an enterprise division within DBVI. VIB is an accredited affiliate of the National Industries for the Blind and a manufacturer and distributor of products and services provided under the provisions of the Javits-Wagner-ODay Act and the Ability One Program.

VIB is seeking a qualified individual that is Responsible for the implementation of the goals and objectives of VIB by promoting efficiency of supply store operations. This position reports directly to the Regional Manager. This position is responsible for supervision, staffing, planning, inventory management, promotion of stores, and operational efficiency of the location. Empowers blind and visually impaired individuals in achieving their maximum level of gainful employment and career development. Provide excellent customer service and retail opportunities.
