Meridian, a subsidiary of Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A Inc. currently has a great opportunity for a Managed Print Services (MPS) Specialist. This will be a hybrid role between sales and operations, focusing on the delivery of managed print solutions to clients. The MPS Specialist is responsible for traveling to client sites to conduct print assessments and produce business reviews for clients. The incumbent in this role will collaborate with and support Meridian's sales force to produce recommendations and presentations of Managed Print Services solutions to clients.

• Conduct client network evaluations of the print fleet, produce business reviews of the documented environment for clients
• Exhibit a high degree of enthusiasm for customer service and relationship building
• Perform fleet assessments, create reports and proposals for MPS opportunities.
• Use a consultative sales approach to assess business impact of managed print solutions, identify decision-makers, determine length of sales cycles, and develop customized service offerings.
• Collaborate effectively with and support territory sales representatives to produce recommendations and presentations of managed print service solutions to clients.
• Identify emerging technologies to prepare the platform to support future business needs.
• Track leads, opportunities and deals using automation tools.
• Manage assessment pipeline activities to ensure consistent sales performance each month.
• Perform post-sale follow up and account management
• Conduct regular and consistent MPS client reviews to ensure program efficiency
• Understand all parts of the sale cycle with special emphasis on consultative selling and closing business

• Printing industry preferred
• 12-24 months of business-to-business outside sales experience with successful track record preferred.
• Self-starter with excellent time management and business sales competencies
• Technical and mechanical aptitude with knowledge of computers and the internet
• Excellent writing skills as well as strong persuasive abilities and negotiation skills
• Intermediate to expert proficiencies in all MS Office suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
