**Broker Sales Manager**

Virginia / Sales / Full Time Were looking for a **Broker Sales Manager** in the **Virginia** market. This position has the primary responsibility for the development, growth and management of Gravies Health Insurance solutions through Broker Dealers, Brokerage General Agents (BGA), and strategic partners. Youll report to and partner closely with the Vice President of Sales to lead Gravies growth in the region.Hi, were Gravie. We encourage you to be your authentic self - we like you that way. **You will:** Drive efforts to develop and secure new relationships for the purpose of selling Gravie solutions. Help develop and then execute a sales plan and strategy for the region. Work with internal operations teams to set up the resources and processes needed for a successful broker program. Establish metrics and analytics to measure outcomes of sales activities and use data to make adjustments as needed. Evaluate program continuously to help improve performance. Be responsible for achieving planned revenue production goals. Work to understand industries and market segments that align with Gravies products and services, company needs and requirements. Work independently as well as part of a team, including collaborating with Gravies Marketing team. Travel as required in the territory and for team events. Demonstrate commitment to our core competencies of being authentic, curious, creative, empathetic and outcome oriented. **You bring:** An undergraduate degree or minimum of 5 years in a sales role A minimum of 5 years of experience working with brokers selling health plans in the Virginia market Extensive knowledge of health insurance products with a focus on level-funded or self-funded health plans Strong strategic and account planning abilities A passion for leading and driving results Skilled in working both remotely and in the main office Excellent written and verbal communication skills High energy, excellent coaching ability **Extra credit:** Previous start up company experience Where permitted by applicable law, candidates must be fully vaccinated or be willing to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 by date of hire to be considered for a job at Gravie.
