--> **Warehouse Order Processor (part-time)**

**(Operations Department)**

The **Warehouse Order Processor** is responsible for accurately and ef?ciently picking/packing/shipping items on customer orders routinely throughout their shift. He/she is ensuring that the correct number ofitems and type of products are packaged and shipped to our clients timely and successfully the first time to prevent any need for return(s) or a replacement(s). This position is supervised by our Order Fulfillment Lead.

Essential Functions:

* Assembles (picks and organizes) client orders (various types of merchandise) for shipment continuously through the day for multiple clients;

* Transports gathered and completed orders to QC/packing stations via provided carts;

* Ensures orders picked are accurate in size and style; free of damage or visible defects;

* Corrects any mistakes, errors, or damages prior to packing/shipping product/order to client;

* Packs orders in bags or boxes as directed;

* Maintains and replaces stock levels in picking bins on a regular basis and/or as required;

* Ensures product in picking bins are kept in good order, organized, and are identifiable;

* Participates in physical inventories as required;

* Processes completed orders for shipment by small package carriers and Less-Than-Truckload transportation carriers using a computer with web-based shipping applications;

* Conducts all assignments in a safe manner, actively promotes the safety of co-workers and the warehouse environment (remove boxes on floor from aisles/walk areas, wipe up wet floors and place with cautionary wet floor signs, report anything suspicious or out the norm);

* Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

* Teamwork oriented as well as the ability to work independently and self-directed;

* Ability to operate bar code scanners, computer for shipping, package scales, pallet jacks, rolling carts, etc.

* Ability to read and count accurately, do simple math, and write legibly;

* Ability to follow directions and work with a sense of urgency;

* Must be able to lift up-to 40 pounds at once or lesser amounts more frequently throughout the day;

* Ability to stand and walk frequently throughout the shift daily.
