MEP Data Center Superintendent

This nationally recognized general contractor founded in 1960, provides a wide range of construction services across the nation, from complex core and shell buildings and renovations to interior fit-outs and routine service work. This client has a reputation for delivering the highest level of service and collaborating with clients and design partners.
Your new role
- Execution of the Contract Requirements
- Lead, support and execute the project's safety, schedule, and quality requirements.
- Exemplify Holder's commitment to safety.
- Oversight of all on-site work forces
- Daily scope coordination and inspection of installed work
- Assignment of team responsibilities
- Coordination and collaboration with the Office and Field Team to help support and execute all project goals and manage project risk.
- Project site logistics and organization of on-site activities
- Read and understand Construction Design Documents and Specifications.
What you'll need to succeed
- 5 to 10 years of commercial construction experience.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Possess outstanding communication and time management skills.

- Salary: $120k - $160k Base
- Bonus: 15-20%
