Reports to: Human Resources Manager
Location: Columbus, OH
Pay Range: $25 - $32 per hour

This individual will be a key player in all-things HR operations and will support with data entry, hiring, benefits, and other department initiatives.This role is based at our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.

This individual will be a key player in all-things HR operations and will support with data entry, hiring, benefits, and other department initiatives.This role is based at our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update records for all TSG employees
- Help new employees become "Day 1" ready by helping drive HR onboarding action items
- Support with benefits enrollment processes and assist with benefit related inquiries
- Ensure the accuracy of vendor charges and the timely payments of vendor invoices
- Assist in organizing company events

Your Expertise
- You have 1-3+ years of professional working experience
- Required: You must be bilingual in Spanish/English and you can read, write, speak, and understand both fluently
- You earned your degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Bonus points if you previously worked in a HR function
- Bonus points if you're familiar with HCM
