The ideal candidate is someone with a proven track record as a successful Internet Sales Manager, a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, a proven ability to train and motivate a team who thrives in a fast-paced and professional workplace.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

* Prior sales experience

* Prior leadership experience

* Drive to meet, and exceed, sales quotas and goals

* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers and dealership personnel

* Self-motivated with a positive attitude

* Professional appearance and demeanor

* Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially phone and email

* Commitment to ensuring high customer satisfaction

* Fluency in English and Spanish highly preferred
