Indy Equipment & Supply seeks to fill the position of an Warehouse / Yard Worker . If you meet the qualifications below please apply:

A Warehouse / Yard Worker is responsible for various functions including, but not limited to :

* Organize yard and warehouse according to Store Managers direction

* Keep shop clean, neat and orderly at all times

* Maintain appearance of main yard by keeping all equipment stored in yard in an orderly manner

* Locate/Inventory equipment, materials and supplies stored in yard and shop locations as directed

* Load and unload any deliveries or shipments in or out of yard

* Empty all trash receptacles from shop, lunchroom and yard into dumpsters on a daily basis

* Other duties as assigned

Aptitude/Abilities/Skills:

* HS Diploma or G.E.D

* CDL license preferred, but not necessary

* Must have knowledge of proper use of equipment

* Must be able to operate equipment such as motor vehicles, front-end loader, tow motor, bobcat, power washer

* Must operate equipment and perform job duties with safety rules in mind and abide by them

* Must be able to recollect where equipment/tools are so timely retrieval is possible

* Must be able to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities

* Must be able to effectively communicate verbally with co-workers and supervisor

* Position functions indoors and outdoors in all-weather elements

* Occasional overtime may be necessary during peak times
