**Job Description**


AECOM's Digital Practice & Technology Group (DPT) is searching for a Project Information Specialist / Coordinator.


+ Will work directly with Project Managers to assist in documenting project schedules, deliverables, and resources.


+ Utilize Smartsheet and the Enterprise and Resource Management modules to collaborate, execute, and staff projects. Assist the Project Manager in keeping all the project information current and accurate in these systems.


+ Work closely with the Project Manager to manage issues and follow up on resolution.


+ Assist in assuring all projects are in accordance with AECOM project standards and guidelines.


+ Maintain and organize engineering documentation on an enterprise content management system, which includes identification and generation of reports.


+ May be responsible for leading a departmental process as assigned by management.


+ May orient, train, assign, and check the work of lower-level employees.


**Qualifications**


**Minimum Requirements:**


+ BA/BS plus 4 years of relative experience and or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education


+ Due to the projects associated with this position a US Citizenship is required


**Preferred Requirements:**


+ Experience with Smartsheet


+ Experienced monitoring and reporting on on active projects


+ Experienced with participation in strategic project management as a facilitator

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $90,000.00 - $110,000.00.
