**About the Role**

We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Tender Specialist and Customer Service & Logistics Support who will cement and build upon the recent improvements in process and win rate, to ensure all Technogym tender submissions are timely, of high quality and commercially correct.

The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the project management (timeline creation and follow-ups), editing and formatting of tender response documents as and when they are required by customers. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining an online bid library, updating and rewriting materials as time permits, and for reporting on tender win/loss rates and values.

**Responsibilities****:****Long Description**

CS&L Support

* Guarantee precise and timely orders processing assuring the expected governance and compliance to internal order management policies and sales condition compliance, from quote confirmation to billing

* Guarantee to the customer the a Premium Customer Experience managing the customer touch points

* Frictionless Delivery planning and management through the logistic portal: delivery date management, d&I job assignement & activity closing;

* Free stock optimization and managing of Purchase Order to HQ, when required, assuring the correct stock movement mgmt.

* Assure an accurate management of order portfolio (backlog), avoiding expired backlog and proactively liaising with Sales in order to prevent or foresee backlog slippage

* Constantly update CRM system with all relevant information collected during customer service activities

* Assure the proper management of TG Care Activities, granting adequate feedback to customers enquires, managing

* Manage post delivery survey in order to assess customers satisfaction, proactively acting to solve any issue with the customer

**Requirements**

* 3-5 years experience in tender and RFx related role, with at least 3 of those involved in the direct completion of RFPs / RFIs

* Degree in any subject, project management qualifications is a plus

* Competent mathematical abilities for often complex pricing matrices

* Extensive experience of RFx completion

* Advanced MS Office user, CRM knowledge

* Knowledge of the fitness market / physical education is beneficial

* Attention to details, excellent methodical approach

* Willingness to be flexible in working patterns

* Ability to work under pressure

* Ability to communicate at all levels, including presentation skills
