**Title: Catering Assistant**

Responsibilities:

* Sets up catering functions as assigned.

* Coordinates room set-ups with housekeeping department.

* Communicates effectively with clients; relays messages, comments and/or complaints to Supervisor as well as returns client inquiries, including phone calls and emails, within a 48 hour timeframe.

* Conducts weekly Wednesday inventory; submits on time to Office Manager.

* Orders and/or obtains linen, small ware, baked goods, decorations, props, and other items as needed and/or required to add creativity to catered events; appropriately stores items for future use.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 1 year of Catering experience preferred

* High school diploma or equivalent
