**POSITION: STATE SALES REPRESENTATIVE**
A Sales Representative is responsible for representing FinalForms and achieving sales goals in an assigned territory. The Sales Representative will represent FinalForms by reflecting our vision, mission, and values with a positive tone, attitude, and interactions. The Sales Representative manages relationships, referrals, demonstrations, deals, and customer expectations. The Sales Representative reports to the Director of Sales.

- Manage referrals, schedule demonstrations, conduct demonstrations, obtain sales, and meet customer expectations.
- Relay questions, market insights, and deal statuses to the Sales Team and Director of Sales.
- Communicate with the Director of Sales to ensure sales goals are met.
- Communicate with the Director of Sales for market and performance reviews.
- What You'll Need to be Successful
- Superior written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Apple, PC, and online software and applications.
- Ability to independently solve technical problems.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Sales
- Learn FinalForms and associated technologies
- Create leads with independent and coordinated Marketing Team efforts
- Schedule demonstrations, communications, and interactions with prospects
- Follow FinalForms ABCs and SOPs to ensure internal and external satisfaction
- Coordinate with Ambassador, Project Manager, and Training Specialist
- Communication and Representation
- Participate in weekly Sales Team call
- Participate in quarterly Company-wide call
- Attend regular Company and/or Team meetings and/or events
- Represent FinalForms at local, district, regional, and national events
