**Your day as an AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANT / PRODUCT SPECIALIST:**

* Use your outgoing personality to communicate with guests and determine their vehicle needs.

* Find your customer the perfect vehicle from a large inventory shared by our 22 locations.

* Demonstrate all available automotive models, features and benefits

* Facilitate vehicle test drives.

* Negotiate terms and payment options that afford customers a vehicle to match their lifestyle for a payment that meets the family budget.

* Earn top pay by ensuring every customer is completely satisfied with their automotive purchase experience.

* Complete accurate paperwork and computer entries for each guest to grow your future earning potential with repeat customers and future referrals.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

* Prior Sales, Retail or Customer Service experience

* A strong ability to work with all types of customers and earn their respect

* Self-motivation desire to be the very best automobile Sales Associate /Product Specialist

* Exceptional communication skills, and active-listening skills

* Willingness to follow up with customers

* Competitive and driven to achieve personal goals

* Experience with computers and a desire to use technology to get more exposure

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Valid driver's license and acceptable, safe driving record
