Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Accurate and timely processing of payroll for F.H. Furr's team

  • Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

  • Maintain records of payroll transactions, deductions, and tax withholdings

  • Generate reports for management review and audit purposes

  • Stay informed about changes in tax and deduction laws that apply to the payroll process

  • Address employee inquiries regarding payroll matters promptly and professionally

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Payroll Coordinator or similar role

  • In-depth knowledge of payroll processing and tax regulations

  • Familiarity with ADP (Automatic Data Processing) is a must

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
