**Role Summary**

* Responsible for long-term incentive process creation, development, and coordination of all sales channel support programs in the U.S. market

* Support the implementation of all Audi of America (AoA) retail sales programs in the U.S. market, including cost-benefit and post program analysis

* Support the achievement of annual Audi national and regional sales and P&L objectives

* Manage all aspects of Audis retail incentive partnerships (Costco, Truecar, Automotive Mastermind)

* Work as a liaison between AoA Operations and AoA Finance, Audi Financial Services, AoA Marketing, and AoA Operations to ensure alignment in the Audi retail go to market strategy and broader retail incentive plan

* Serve as the business leader for process & system improvements

* Develop competitive data sets and report out in a field and dealer friendly format on monthly basis

* Support the development of monthly and weekly executive management presentations

**Role Responsibilities**

Monthly Incentives Planning 50%

* As a member of the Vehicle Sales team, support achievement of all national and regional objectives, including:

+

- New vehicle sales

- Market share

- PNVR incentive spend within budget

* Support the communication of all retail sales support programs in the U.S. market

* Compile monthly retail programs into publication ready format

* Develop solutions for process improvement opportunities

Partnerships, new sales channels and legal 30%

* Manage and further enhance existing incentive partnerships and work with field organization to ensure proper national program rollout.

* Develop and launch new partnership opportunities for targeted retail incentives.

* Act as the liaison to the Audi Legal team to ensure compliance with federal communications regulations

Ad Hoc Support and Reporting 20%

* Assist in the d evelopment and implementation of short- & long-term selling strategies

* Support the development of monthly and weekly executive management presentations

* Principal back up for Manager, Retail Merchandising

**Qualifications**

**Years of Experience**

* 7+ years relevant experience

**Education**

* Bachelor's Degree in business-related field

* Master's Degree, preferably in business-related field (desired)

**Skills**

* Analytical, technical and conceptual thinking sales and business planning using logic and reason, both creative and strategic while employing available analytical platforms

* Communication skills interpersonal, relationship management, presentation, and written

* Process innovation targeting business opportunity and addressing with process improvement

* Creative thinking developing new solutions to drive Audi sales and margins

* Technical skills ability to utilize technical data platforms and encourage integration with team processes

* Implementation coordinating efforts within AoA (Operations, Marketing, Digital, Distribution and Product, including key vendors), AFS, and Audi Field to go to market with retail sales strategies and supporting programs

**Specialized Skills**

* High proficiency to expert in technical data management (Excel,, Power Point, SQL, Alteryx, Business Objects and Tableau etc.)

* Understanding of automotive industry sales and finance instruments (brand, captive finance arm, dealership)

* 5+ years of automotive industry experience.

* Analytical expertise, including cost-benefit analysis

* Ability to manage vendor projects with purchasing, IT, and legal collaboration

* Ability to convey to dealers a sense of personal & company professionalism, while obtaining Market information

* Captive finance experience, at least in liaison role (desired)

* Forecasting / Budget management of cross line product experience (desired)

* Experience designing & implementing sales/marketing campaigns, or related experience (desired)

* Automotive field sales experience with dealer contact responsibilities (desired)

**Work Flexibility**

* Full-time position in Herndon office

* Travel to national, regional, dealer meetings as appropriate to meet business needs
