**Warehouse Supervisor**

**Department:** Warehouse and Maintenance **Location:** Capitol Heights, MD

50Floor, Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of day to day warehouse operation and staff.

The right fit for this role will have good attention to detail and ability to stay organized, have experience supervising in a warehouse environment, be a good communicator with superior interpersonal skills, and be able to set and maintain high quality job standards.

**Responsibilities:**

* Oversees, plans, organizes and monitors the receipt, storage, distribution, and return of all materials and product

* Ensures accurate on-hand inventory, and guarantees materials are received, located and distributed appropriately

* Manages and assists with the daily load out of materials

* Keeps accurate receiving reports and updates job status upon receiving materials

* Monitors the flow of paperwork to and from the warehouse to ensure timely data entry

* Ensures accuracy of paperwork to actual materials distributed

* Conducts regular cycle counts and inventory variance analysis

* Analyzes inventory variances and provides immediate solutions

* Resolves material or inventory discrepancies with vendors and internal customers

* Properly organize the warehouse to ensure accurate yearly full count inventory

* Oversees and aids in the order pull process

* Monitors product handling and limits warehouse access to un-authorized areas.

* Guarantees safety guidelines are followed by team

* Manages warehouse staff

**Minimum Requirements**

* 2+ years of management/supervisory experience

* 3 + years of experience in warehousing, receiving, inventory control and materials management

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* Basic PC skills with knowledge of MS Office Products preferred

* Typing speed of at least 35 wpm

* Forklift certification required

* Forklift training certification a plus

* Bi-lingual fluent English/Spanish speaking preferred

* Ability to work Monday through Saturday between 6am and 4pm

* Must be able to regularly lift, carry, or move product weighing 50 pounds unassisted when stocking, loading or unloading products. Typically bends, stoops and/or crouches on a regular basis from various heights to stock or remove products

* Understands skus / barcodes, and warehouse standard procedures

* Ability to train and lead a team of warehouse staff
