**Overview:**

Prepares and serves food to resort guests and operates cash registers while providing quality service to guests in a clean, safe atmosphere

**How You'll Make A Difference:**

Provides guests with exceptional guest service through answering questions, ensuring quality product and service, and resolving any guest concerns and needs to the best of their ability.

Takes and fills food and beverage orders from guests; cooks and prepares food items following food recipes; serves food in correct portions to ensure proper food cost procedures are followed; notifies kitchen personnel or supervisor of shortages or special orders

Uses soda fountains to serve cold drinks and to make milkshakes and frozen desserts; uses hot water heater or coffee maker to make and serve hot drinks; ensures product temperature controls are met and maintained for quality and safety; follows all Board of Health regulations.

Maintains clean work and guest areas through various cleaning responsibilities such as: cleaning and mopping floors, wiping off counters, sweeping, emptying trash and completes other general cleanliness duties. Ensures that all guest areas are presentable this includes tasks such as wiping down windows, keeping dining and patio tables clean, and other various interior and exterior details are clean.

Maintains proper stock organization and levels for all serving, kitchen, dining and condiment areas; alerts Team Leader and Supervisor to supply shortages.

Operates cash register and follows department cash procedures and practices to provide proper payment and change with every guest transaction. Provides valued service through suggestive selling, menu item knowledge along with dining and beverage programs within the department.

Other duties as assigned.

**We're Looking For:**

Looking for energetic, friendly, outgoing food service assoicate to serve our guests in our Grill, or in one of our outdoor food containers. Must be willing to provide excellent customer service to our guests. Must complete serve safe class, and work as a team.

Prior food and beverage experience helpful but not necessary. On the job training is available.
