**Communications Security Officer/Trainer** **Fauquier County, VA** **Vaxcom Services Inc.** (an Xator Corporation National Security Solutions Company) isa niche provider of threat mitigation and intelligence related support services. We are recognized experts in Intelligence Community with subject matter expertise in the areas of Security/Threat Mitigation, Technical/IT Services, Operations, and Intelligence Services.

**Clearance Requirement:**

Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required.

Vaxcom is seeking cleared candidates interested in supporting a dynamic mission based program. The position supports the technical and training aspects of our clients Communications Security (COMSEC) needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the financial accounting of COMSEC material and keys. He/She will support financial annual inventory and audit of COMSEC equipment; The ideal candidate will also have the ability to lead by example and mentor junior members of the team.

**Required Skills:**

Ten (10) or more years of direct experience with client's traditional and tactical communications equipment.

Experience as a property administrator

Strong customer services skills

Experience conducting physical and virtual inventory and audit functions.

Knowledge of Asset Management

Experience supporting clients with cost reconciliations, reporting, and budget tracking

Direct experience / expert knowledge of Customer communication and message systems.

Considerable knowledge accountability, inventory, and financial management of communications security systems including cryptographic equipment

Ability to manage accountable property

Ability to adhere to security and safety standards, counter-intelligence and applicable communications policies and procedures

**Desired Skills**

Knowledge of NSA COMSEC Policies.

Forklift Certified or willingness to attend training.
