As a Low-Voltage Project Manager, you'll lead the orchestration of projects that redefine environments through cutting-edge cabling, audio-visual, security, wireless/DAS, and network infrastructure services. • Team Orchestrator: Lead and inspire your project team, including Visions finest and our trusted subcontractors/vendors, to deliver outstanding results on time.
• Relationship Builder: Cultivate enduring relationships with existing accounts and explore new territories, opening doors to fresh opportunities for Visions comprehensive suite of services.
• Financial Steward: Align all contract documents, ensuring proper billing and budget adherence for financial transparency and accountability.

• 4+ years program/project management experience
• Minimum of 2 years of successful large scale AV implementation managing projects with AV content from $2M to $5M+ on a single contract for delivery
• 3+ Years experience managing large projects under General Contractors
• Strong background in the integration of audiovisual, video conferencing and closely related technologies (digital signage, paging, sound masking)
• Experience managing a team of Project Managers and Foremen on a large complex project
• Current PMP certifications for Project Management
• College degree or equivalent work experience
• Above average proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Project and Excel
• Self-starter, self-sufficient and self-motivated to maximize productivity without supervision
• AVIXA CTS, Cisco, Polycom, Biamp, and other industry certification a plus

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

• Travel may be required in MD-DC-VA Metro area.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Active DOD/INTEL Top Secret clearance (where applicable).
• US Citizenship.
