Position Overview

Pantheon Data is seeking a Systems Administrator to support our Federal Client. Office of Assets and Facilities Management (OAFM) requires a dedicated resource to enable OAFM to provide Portfolio Management Support - System Administration for the Tango/AgilQuest system. The resource provides end user support by responding to user requests. Serves as point of contact for the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Help Desk tickets related to Tango/AgilQuest. Administer user accounts including the creation, modification, and deletion of accounts, password administration/resets. Maintains data integrity in accordance with the Tango/Agilquest.

Responsibilities
  • Establish user account management plans and other data management documentation
  • Collaborate with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and OCIO on fixes and enhancements
  • Maintain specific system portfolio data to include AutoCAD floor plans and portfolio data
  • Review end user data entries for locations
  • Provide targeted end-user training as needed for both OFA's Government and contractor personnel
  • Respond to requests for OFA Management including new reports and training
  • Update Reports mappings
  • Testing, adding new items, and moving items to the Enhancements list as appropriate
  • Monitor Enhancements and provide reports as needed
  • Test system functionality after configuration updates
  • Coordinate updates and support loading of new AutoCAD drawings into AgilQuest

Required Skills and Experience

The System Administrator shall be responsible for oversight, management, and performance of all work under this Task Order. The System Administrator will work closely with and in conjunction to the Principal Project Manager. The System Administrator should be aware of, understand, and abide by DHS (Headquarters) and ICE established rules, regulations, and safety practices.
  • The System Administrator must have understanding of IWMS and Hoteling/reservation management systems such as IBM TRIRIGA and AgilQuest
  • The System Administrator must have 2+ years of experience working with an Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) and reservation management business processes and capabilities
  • The System Administrator shall have working knowledge of and experience with facilities space management, hoteling and reservation management, system admin, security roles, and reports and queries.
  • The System Administrator shall respond within 1-hour of notification for discussions and resolutions of problems.
  • The System Administrator shall have experience with computer programs such as Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS), which are used to track real property.
  • The System Administrator shall have experience using remote meeting, desktop sharing and video-conferencing tools for the purpose of providing assistance and training to end

Education

Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study

Clearance Requirements

U.S. citizenship required - must be able to obtain Clearance.

Work Location

Washington, DC - Hybrid, with 3 days a week in the DC office of the client.
